In the above description of Hannelore's store, you will read that the service is allegedly "outstanding", and that "you will understand what shopping for your bridal gown should be like." Let me just state, from my personal experience, I have never been treated as trashy and rudely as I was when I entered Hannelore's. The bride-to-be was laughed at, when she explained her price range was $500 to $2,500 for a dress, by the "outstanding" staff. And after Kim (the sales associate) tried to discourage us from trying on dresses "out of our price range", she said, "thank you for stopping by", dismissing us from their store. If shopping for a wedding dress is supposed to make you feel like an insignificant, indigent, low class piece of trash, then yes, Hannelore's does follow through with providing that experience!! If you have ever seen the movie "Pretty Woman", you will be sure to feel like Julia Roberts once you leave the store.
