Jim McCabe and his wife Jenniemae are the owners of this eatery and Jim brings to Carlsbad his expertise in the New York style hot dog. Jim is having his hot dogs and sausages shipped from Calabresella’s Imports of Rochester New York. Dominic Mammoliti runs this distributorship selling numerous products including the famous Zweigle’s hot dog. We are located in the Southern California coastal community of Carisbad.
