don't get the hype here. I wonder if these are planted comments. The salon is dated, the stylist was just adequate, definitely nothing to brag about.

i must say that i WOULD trust this man with scissors, i have been seeing Joe for about 7 years now and i really do not want anyone else touching my hair. good luck.

I wanted to find a new stylist to fix my tired old style and color. I searched on the internet and found so many good references for Joseph Awad that I had to make an appointment and see for myself. I was NOT disappointed! He gave me an awesome cut and beautiful color. This is the best hair style I've ever had and I've gotten so many compliments in my first day back at work.
Joe made me look like a movie star and I will definitely be going back to see him in the future - in fact I'm going to try to talk my husband into going. :)

I moved to washington d.c from New York, and a friend of mine recommended me to joseph. I gave him a shot, and am very glad that I did. so I knew I was getting the most recent in cutting technique and style since he was very highly recommended. joseph did an amazing job giving me a really arty, perfectly layered longer cut that followed the shape of my head perfectly. he really took his time and made sure that it was right. I've found my salon and stylist

Joe is great and the people of Lebanon seem to know the best way to look amazing!!! I think it's their food or being able to ski and head to the beach all in one day--and look sexy, polished and classic! Who knows -- i have had my hair cut from Joe's to the top salons in NYC, Boston, Paris, London and Dubai and Joe is up there -- a 5th ave haircut without the snobby vibe.

it is great to know that someone loves doing there job. When you have an eye for something might as well stick with it. And it is great to meet a hair stylist that is soo into hair, its great and i dont mind it. i want =my hair to look great all the time i try to fix it but i m never as good as my hair stylist so i keep going back to see him.

I used to hate looking at my hair I would put it up in a pony tail and just leave it. I would never know what to do until I started going to Eli's Salon to get my hair done by Joe, can i say AMAZING. I love my hair.

What my teen children love about joe is that he talks to them and they tell him what they want done to there hair and what funky red or blue or green high lite they want in there hair. But I trust him and I know it is washable and its not permanent.

I wanted the look of Carrie from "Sex and the City" because of my long, blond, wavy hair. I was nervous to get it chopped off but when I did, my hair had a lot of volume and it was so curly! I just cried because it looked great on me...my vote goes for Joe!

Terrific guy, my kids love him, I adore him. He makes time for me. He chats with me, what a funny guy! He does a terrific job on coloring my grays, he styles my hair once every 2 weeks. Thank you!

I tell Joe thank you about 10 times before I leave the Salon. He does an amazing highlights on my hair it blends so perfectly, he blow drys my hair and sends me off with a smile.

He is the best, what an expert at colors. I think only ladies can understand how hard it is to find the greatest hairdresser, and once we find him we stick with him. That is why joe is my number one, thanks a bunch.

why is JOE AWAD the BEST. He knows what to do with my hair most hairdressers that i have been to have to ask me and i have no idea what i want done. So he fixes my hair and i look wonderful every time.

I was introduced to Joe by my wonderful wife. I was in need of a hair color to cover my grays but I never thought guys really do that, but they do. He covered every gray hair I had and now I think I look better than my wife does.

I had dark hair and I wanted some highlights. Some hairdressers give you highlights right away without telling you what they are doing. That is why I love to see Joe - he tells me what he is doing and that turning my hair light is going to take some time (because you can't have blonde hair over night), so now my color looks so natural and I love it.

AHHH THE POWER OF HAIR. THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN HAVING GREAT HAIR AND SOME LADIES DO ADMIT THAT. Being a dance teacher I loved long hair but i also had to keep it in a ponytail half the time. Joe gave a great layered hair cut that looks good when i leave it down and i can still pull it up and it's not in my face. Thanks Joe, good luck.
