great customer service; always there for the Pen/Faulkner readings; if they can't find a book, it is probably out of print. They can even find the book I am looking for when I can't remember the title or the author.

I have been a happy customer of Trover Shop since 1980. A superb selection of books both ordinary and extraordinary. I can spend hours in the store and gladly contribute to their revenue. It is family owned and run and the staff is knowledgeable and responsive. If they don't have something in stock, they are happy to order it. It is a landmark on the hill and to this day, even if I no longer work on the hill, I still seek it out for my political book needs.

They always have whatever I need in stock and if not they get it for me. They bend over backwards to fill my order when I order in large quantities.

Very personable store. Helpful employees. Friendly atmosphere. Excellent magazine where customers are allowed to browse at will. Have been coming here since 1983.

Trover is a local bookstore with real people and personalized service. It is in my neighborhood where I interact with clerks and owners alike. They are able to obtain whatever books I require.
