Whatever your goals, you will be doing a great thing for yourself if you put your trust in Josef as your trainer. I've been going to the gym for years and years, but not until working with Josef have I seen such amazing results, which I started noticing within even the first 2 of working with him. The best part is, I'm spending less time in the gym than I used to (only 3 hours/week) and, following Josef's cutting-edge nutrition plan, I'm eating food that I love, and NEVER going hungry or restricting calories (and it's working)! Losing fat, gaining muscle, and transforming your body are WAY less work than I imagined with Josef's program. He's really shown me that working out hard has nothing to do with working out SMART. (And with all of Josef's education in the field and experience, he will definitely show you how to work out smart.) Plus, working out with Josef is just plain fun. I can confidently say that Josef is the best trainer in the DC area, and if you pass up a chance to work with him, you will be doing yourself a real disservice!
